I think Demonetisation good for end users and buyers. Although because of that so many small developers has become bank corrupt and they don't have work, Many real estate offices has been shut down and unemployment increased .

 But because of demonetisation one thing happend very good for end users or real buyers which is property rate has been dropped. They are coming forward to buy property but investors will be stay out for some time beings.
